 Hotel Shopping Network(HSN) Hotel Shopping Network (HSN) works directly with hotels providing mystery shopping feedback for their Front Desk and Group Sales Agents. HSN provides customer service skills training and coaching. HSN hires mystery surveyors who are self-starters and who want to be self-employed. Frequently HSN's applicants for this contracted position have worked in the hospitality industry, but this is not a requirement. - Computer w/DSL or Cable internet access. No dial up internet
- Phone Line with unlimited long distance plan. HSN does not reimburse for long distance charges; (you are considered CONTRACT LABOR which means you are self-employed; as a self-employed person you pay your own taxes and are able to claim many of your direct costs against your taxes)

- Recording Software
- Day Timer for Scheduling Your Work
- Training Time
- Basic computer software knowledge (like Word, Excel)
- Know how to computer file
- Know how to send attachments via email
- Know how to receive attachments via email
- Be able to type (the faster the better for you -- you make more money in shorter time!)
- Previous jobs using the telephone in business is a plus
- Ability to organize – HIGHLY important
- Ability to adhere to a schedule
- Ability to work independently from your home office
- Ability to hit deadlines
- Ability to OVER-COMMUNICATE to the HSN corporate office
- Ability to be accessible during the month
- Ability to take responsibility for work assigned
